"Steve and Maddy (at the coach firm) kept us informed on the day when they were stuck in traffic. Maddy was extremely friendly and helpful, she even helped us with a game we played on the way down that involved changing music on a CD for us and went out of her way to get a cool bag left on the coach back to the other coach that was picking us up the next day. Pick up the next day was on time, in fact earlier than expected and the coach was nicer on the way home with more room for luggage"
